PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Deposit: *Reminder that I require a $10 deposit to secure your appointment! This is to ensure you show up for your appointment. *Your $10 deposit goes towards your nail service. Cancellations/No Shows: *No show or not cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment time forfeits your deposit and you will be charged a 50% fee. It will not be refunded so please make sure you’re cancelling or rebooking within the 24 hour period. (If cancellation is due to me, I will refund your deposit or we can rebook) I understand emergencies happen, in that case please let me know ASAP ! * $10 non-refundable deposit is required to book again if your cancel less than 24 hours or no call/no show *Please DO NOT show up to your appointment sick. I will happily reschedule you for another day. Late Fee: *There will be a $5 late fee after a 15 minute grace period. *If you Do Not communicate that you are running late, your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes and considered a no call/ no show. *More than 20 minutes late = appointment cancelled and deposit will not be refunded. Soak off from other Techs: ** I will not work over someone else’s work, we will have to soak off/remove the old set which takes time (I don’t know what product they used as well there a lot of techs still using illegal products) and start brand new and there will be a soak off fee of $15. TIME: ***Please refrain from booking if in a RUSH ! Full sets take 3-4+ hours, removals take 45 mins-1 hr, gel manicures take 1-2 hours depending on the service and design. If you need a SUPER FAST service, I will not be the right nail tech for you. I DO NOT like to be rushed as I feel the quality will not be the best to my ability. I take a lot of pride in my work ! I promise you I am amazing company and listener as well :)*** All times are estimates ! SAFETY: *For safety/ infection control purposes, service will be refused to anyone with infected nails or severely injured nails. Please book with healthy nails only! Deposit will NOT be refunded in the case of refused service. *A cute Boston Terrier named Cooper will be present on the property during your appointment. Although I do my best to keep him away he loves everyone. Please take this into consideration before booking with me. *Due to limited space. I am unable to accommodate children or additional guests at this time. Payments: *If paying through the website all card transactions will have a 3.5% convenience fee charge. *I accept Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo & Cash (but I don’t have change so please plan accordingly) deposit will still need to be made before booking! Guarantee: *If anything happens to your nails within 48 hours of you receiving your service, I will fix it for free but you have to let me know within that time frame ! Any issues after 48 hours there will be a small fee.
